Billie Tucker Volpe - Co-Founder
Billie Tucker Volpe fell in love with entrepreneurship when she was a ten year old little girl. Her dad started his own air conditioning company out of their small brick home in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a single father raising three small children so he quickly figured out that keeping the family engaged in work would keep them out of trouble. It worked and all three of his children grew up loving their Lord and believing in the American dream.
The lessons of hard work, under promising/over delivering, and being available 24/7 for her clients have served her well as the CEO of her own consulting firm.
Billie is the CEO and Founder of CEO Service Bureau Inc., a strategic planning, executive coaching, and marketing strategy firm. She works with CEOs in a coaching role or as a fractional COO who employs her talents to implement new visions for her clients.
She is also the founder of Eye On Jacksonville. Eye was launched in 2017 to keep an “eye” on local government to Encourage Accountability and Integrity and Expose Corruption and Cronyism. After spending more than ten years working with policy groups and politicians at the national level within the Tea Party Movement, she felt she could do more to change America’s political system if she started at home. Proverbs 22:6 states, “If you train your child in their way he should go, when he is old he will not depart from it,” Billie believes that applies to politicians too who are climbing the ladder to their next political position.
Prior to starting her own firm, Billie developed the Vistage franchise across the State of Florida for 30 years. Vistage is an international think tank for CEOs and her experience working with more than 850 CEOs throughout the years has earned her a reputation for her keen understanding of the motivations, challenges, and goals of people, especially those in the executive suite.
She has been an active participant in the media as a guest on CNN, Fox News, Fox Business, Bott Family Network Radio and co-hosts a political/financial radio show in the Northeast Florida market entitled, Smart Money.
She was the first speaker at the House of Representatives Tea Party Caucus inaugural event and was invited by Heritage Foundation to speak at their prestigious annual Heritage Resource Bank, and on their National, Security Panel live broadcasts.
She spoke at the Congressional Republican House Retreat in Pennsylvania in 2012. She was also the co-host and co-producer of the CNN Tea Party Express Debate in the 2012 Presidential Election.
